Rules

ADMISSION

  1. Request for admission should be made in the prescribed form available in the office as and when advertised in the newspapers
  2. A student joining the school for the first time must produce satisfactory evidence of the date of birth.
  3. No Student will be admitted without a transfer certificate from the school last attended.

WITHDRAWL

  1. Every application for a school leaving certificate shall be made in writing by the parent/guardian.
  2. A school leaving certificate will not be issued until all the dues are cleared.
  3. A fee of Rs. 200/- will be charged for a transfer certificate and will be issued after a minimum three days from the receipt of the application.
  4. No fee, once paid will be refundable.

Transport Facilities

  1. The School has its own fleet of transport, which connects the school to all parts of the city.
  2. Transport fee will be charged on an annual basis payable in monthly installments on prescribed fees dates. Any student leaving the transport facility midterm will be required to pay the balance of the annual fees.
  3. Children will be picked up and dropped on the main road at fixed stops, Students should bring the bus pass every day, issued by the school and in event of loss a duplicate can be obtained from the office on payment of 8.5/-

    4. TO PARENTS

    1. Please co-operate with the school in ensuring in ensuring an affective education for your children. This can be done (i) providing facilities of studies at home, (ii) Providing Text –Book, Note –Book and other requirements of your ward. (iii) Assisting and guiding in doing home-work, (iv) Assisting your ward in removing his/her deficiency in particular subject, (v) Depositing fee as per rules, (vi) Providing proper school uniform.
    2. Look your ward’s school diary frequently and see to it that the assigned home-work is done regularly.
    3. Ensure to countersign the remarks made in the school diary regularly.
    4. If you feel or notice that your ward is not making the desired progress kindly visit to the principal. You are always welcome to the school to assess the progress of your word.
    5. You may contact the subject and Class – teacher personally in the Staffroom, on the PTM or by taking prior appointment. Please don’t disturb the class by visiting the classroom.
    6. Please send leave application in respect of absence of your ward duty attested by you. Please don’t request for part-time leave of your ward.
    7. Please ensure that your ward comes regularly to the school in neat, clean and tidy school uniform.
    8. In case your ward is suffering from any infections disease, please ensure that he/she does not attend school.
    9. Ensure that your ward does not bring valuable Mobile, calculator etc. to the school.
    10. Deposit the fees in time.
